Vottovaara Mountain Race

Electronic registration of participants is open on the website www.goldenultra.ru from 12:00 June 10, 2023 until 12:00 August 09, 2023.

The registration fee is:

· "Vottovaara Mountain Race 100 miles" - 10,000 rubles.

· 50 miles - 6,000 rubles.

· 55 km - 4 500 rubles.

· 14 km - 2,000 rubles.

· "Karelia Sprint" - 1500 rubles.

· "Karelia Fun Run" - 1500 rubles.

Pensioners, families with many children, the disabled, veterans and combatants receive a 50% discount*.

For this you need:

· To register on the official website goldenultra.ru until the moment of payment;

· Send a corresponding notification to info@goldenultra.ru, attaching supporting documents.

*Discount does not apply to distances: Vottovaara Mountain Race 100 miles, Karelia Sprint and Karelia Fun Run.

Participants who meet the qualification requirements can register for the Vottovaara Mountain Race 100 miles distance:
● at least one finish for a distance of 100 km or more in the period 2021-2023;
● Finishing a full distance IRONMAN triathlon.

Re-registration:

Electronic re-registration to another person and change of distance are made until 12:00 on August 09, 2023. Re-registration and change of distance occur on a paid basis (cost 500 rubles). To do this, you must send an application to the email address info@goldenultra.ru.

Elite Qualification

Registration of athletes in the elite category is carried out after passing the electronic registration until the moment of payment on the website info@goldenultra.ru.

To qualify for the elite category, an athlete or his representative must send an application to the email address info@goldenultra.ru by August 09, 2023 and provide confirming results corresponding to the qualification:

· PI minimum 700 for men and 600 for women, in accordance with the ITRA index;

winners and top 5 major Russian and international competitions (held after January 1, 2021);

· Absolute winners of the previous years of all RHR starts.

The absolute winners of the 2021 Vottovaara Mountain Race event and the elite category of athletes with a PI of at least 700 for men and 600 for women will receive a 100% discount. For this you need:

· To register on the official website goldenultra.ru until the moment of payment;

· Send a notification to info@goldenultra.ru and provide confirming results.

The starter package includes:

Start number with timing chip;

Sticker for luggage storage (not available at Karelia Sprint, Karelia Fun Run distances);

Gifts from the organizing committee and partners of the event.

Issuance of starter packs of participants will be carried out at the Expo in the start-finish town 62.94200, 32.51425 (Russia, Republic of Karelia, Muezersky district, Gimoly village)

September 9, 2023 from 11:00 to 18:00 - for all distances;

September 10, 2023 from 05:00 to 09:00 - for distances of 50 miles, 55 km and 14 km.

The issuance of starter packages for participants in Moscow will be on the eve of the event. The date, time and address of issue will be published on the website www.goldenultra.ru no later than August 20, 2023.

There will be no issuance of starter packs for the Vottovaara Mountain Race 100 miles, Karelia Fun Run and Karelia Sprint distances in Moscow.

Transfer for event participants

Signature train Moscow - Vottovaara - Moscow

The cost of transfer for participants and accompanying persons in one direction is 3000 rubles. Payment for participants is charged upon registration for the race on the official website of the event goldenultra.ru. Accompanying persons must be notified in advance by sending a request to info@goldenultra.ru.

Bus Petrozavodsk - Gimoly - Petrozavodsk

The cost of transfer for participants and accompanying persons is 3000 rubles. Payment for participants and accompanying persons is charged upon registration for the race on the official website of the event goldenultra.ru. Buses depart according to fullness. The number of buses depends on the number of received and paid applications.

September 08, 2023 – buses will depart from the Petrozavodsk-Passazhirskaya railway station (Russia, the Republic of Karelia, the city of Petrozavodsk, Gagarin Square, 2a) to the start-finish town.

11:00 - for all participants of the event

September 09, 2023 – buses will depart from the Petrozavodsk-Passazhirskaya railway station (Russia, the Republic of Karelia, the city of Petrozavodsk, Gagarin Square, 2a) to the start-finish town.

07:00 - 08:30 - for all participants of the event

23:00 - for participants of 55 km and 14 km distances

September 10, 2023 - buses will depart from the start-finish town to the Petrozavodsk-Passazhirskaya railway station.

14 to 21:00 - for all participants of the event

BY CAR

Distance from Moscow to the village. Gimoly by road - about 1200 km, travel time - at least 16 hours.
